I am having some issues viewing the website / placing an order.
This site is built to function with all browsers on all operating systems, however, if you have an extremely older version of any browser you may experience some problems. Try updating your browser.
If this does work, feel free to contact us via another method. There are numerous ways to place an order.
Can you deliver straight to my client?
Yes, we can deliver straight to your client. If you are an onseller for one of our products, please ensure your account manager is aware of this so your jobs get delivered unbranded.
Can you deliver to multiple addressed?
Yes, we can deliver to multiple addresses. There may be a slight surcharge depending on the number of addresses / location. Your account manager will notify you of this when your order is placed.
How should I set up my files for print?
There are many variables needed when setting files up for print, we suggest having a quick read through the file preparation page for instructions.
Do you have templates to help me design my job correctly?
Yes, please visit our template section.
How can I send you my artwork?
The most common way to submit artwork for print is via the file upload on the website or email. If you would like to submit through another medium (USB, CD/DVD etc) please contact your account manager fo details.
What file format / programs do you accept?
We currently only accept PDF’s, EPS, PS, Illustrator, Photoshop and Indesign files. If you need help converting your files, please contact us for assistance.
What if I’ve created my artwork in another program?
Most programs will allow you to convert to a PDF, for this you will need a pdf writer. If you don’t have one, you can download one.
Can I recieve a proof for my job?
Yes, please notify us when placing your order that you require a proof.
Will a proof affect the turnaround of my job?
Normally, no, but if there is a delay in your response or the artwork is resubmissed there may be.
What are your standard sizes?
A list of all our standard sizes can be found in the resources section.
Whats the normal turnaround for an order?
It varies depending on the product / quantity. Normally should be within a week, ask your account manager if you need a definite schedule.
